What we collect
- Account: email, name, password (stored hashed, never readable), handle, role.
- Profile: anything you add: bio, city, photo and cover URLs, skills, genres, portfolio links.
- Activity: posts, follows, connections, messages you send, saved events, RSVPs, tickets and orders.
- Safety: blocks and reports you make, moderation notes about your account.
- Technical: IP address and device info used for security and rate limiting, and the last time you were active (for online status, which you can hide).
How we use it
- To run your account, show your profile, deliver messages and process tickets or orders.
- To keep the community safe: preventing spam, abuse and fraud, and reviewing reports.
- To contact you about your account, and about Raschild events if you opt in.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who can see what
- Your profile visibility is Public, Members only or Private. Change it in Settings → Privacy.
- Messages are visible to the people in the conversation. The Raschild team can access messages when investigating a report or when the law requires it. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted.
- You control read receipts, online status and who can message you.
Service providers
We use providers to run the site: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), and, when enabled, email delivery (Resend), payments (Stripe), file storage and realtime messaging. They process data only to provide their service to us.
Your rights and choices
- Download your data: Settings → Your data → Download.
- Delete your account: same place. We remove your profile, handle, posts, follows and connections. Records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud reasons (like ticket orders) are kept but unlinked from your profile.
- Correct your info: edit it in Settings at any time.
- For any other request, email epu.inc9@gmail.com.
Retention
We keep data while your account is active. After deletion, backups roll off on our providers' normal schedules.
Children
Raschild accounts are for people 18+. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger. Contact us and we'll remove it.
