Terms of Service

The rules for using raschild.com, Raschild accounts, The Network and Messages.

Last updated October 8, 2026 · Raschild Productions · Spring / The Woodlands, Texas

1. Who we are

Raschild Productions (“Raschild”, “we”) runs raschild.com. We make music videos, live events, content and merch, and run a member network for the people who make that culture. Using the site or creating an account means you agree to these terms.

2. You must be 18 or older

Accounts are for adults 18+. By signing up you confirm you are at least 18. We remove accounts we believe belong to minors. Some events have their own age policy shown on the event page.

3. Your account

4. Your content

You own what you post: profile details, posts, portfolio links and messages. You give Raschild a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it on the service so the features work (for example, showing your profile and delivering your messages). You can delete your content or your account at any time. Only post content you have the rights to.

5. Community rules

Follow the Community Guidelines. We may remove content, limit features, suspend or ban accounts that break them, with or without notice when safety requires it.

6. Tickets, purchases and bookings

Ticket, merch and booking terms are shown at checkout or in your written agreement and apply in addition to these terms. Paid checkout is only available where we have enabled it.

7. Copyright (DMCA)

If you believe content on Raschild infringes your copyright, email epu.inc9@gmail.com with: your contact details, the work you own, the URL of the infringing content, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your signature. We remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Raschild is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for what members say or do. Meet people from the Network with the same care you'd use anywhere online.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account in Settings → Your data. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes and law

We'll post changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be announced on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
