Labor and materials, priced right.
Line items for labor and materials with quantity, unit and price. Markup on the subtotal and sales tax on the whole job or on materials only, totalled to the cent.
A clean estimate to print or save.
Print any estimate or save it as a PDF from your browser, with your company name, the client, the scope and the totals.
Clients approve online.
Get a private approval link and send it yourself. Your client types their name and approves or declines. The link works once, expires after 14 days, and can be cancelled.
A crew board for the week.
Put crew members on job days, see the whole week at a glance, and remove a day in one tap. The same crew member can’t be booked on the same job twice in a day.
Your crew, as simple records.
Name, trade, phone and a board color for each crew member. Crew members don’t need an account.
Private to your company.
You sign in with your Raschild account. Workspace records are private to your workspace and never appear on public Raschild profiles.

What can I use today?
Jobs with a status pipeline, estimates with labor and material lines, markup and tax, printable estimates, online client approval links, crew members and a weekly crew board. You can try all of it in the demo without signing up.
Do you email my clients?
No. Raschild Build gives you the approval link and you send it however you like: text, email or your own app. Nothing is sent to your clients by Raschild Build.
How does client approval work?
The client opens the link, reviews the estimate, types their name, checks a box and approves or declines. Their name, the time, their IP address and browser are recorded. If you change the estimate after sending it, the old link stops matching and you send a new one.
